Small-Town Indiana to Professional Coffee Catering in Milwaukee

In 2019, what started as an attempt to bring specialty coffee to small-town Indiana became AM Coffee Co. As a husband and wife team, we weren’t necessarily hoping to start a coffee catering company, but after launching a coffee club and consulting with local shops for barista training, opportunities started to open up. However, just as we launched with a corporate coffee catering contract in Fishers, Indiana, the world shut down. Suddenly, we had no more coffee company.

Re-Launching as a Premier Coffee Catering Service in Wisconsin

Fast forward to 2024: we are now living in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, facing a challenging economy and the drive to support our growing family. With the goal of investing in our local faith community and meeting a real demand for a high-end Coffee catering service in the greater Milwaukee area, we decided it was time to re-launch AM Coffee Co—this time in Wisconsin.

By bringing a Mobile Espresso Bar to the region, we’ve grown from a small family side hustle into a professional coffee catering brand. Whether we are serving an event in Waukesha, Brookfield, or right here in our home base of Muskego, our aim is to bring people together over an exceptional cup.

Bringing the Cafe Experience to Muskego, Franklin, Wauwatosa, and Beyond

While we still run our monthly coffee club, we have expanded to serve large clients with our mobile espresso catering. We’ve intentionally designed our systems to handle the scale of corporate event coffee catering in Madison and Milwaukee, while remaining small enough to care about the details of a local gathering in Wauwatosa or Franklin.

Our beautifully built-out Mobile Coffee Cart is more than just a setup; it’s a way to create a "wow" moment for your guests. These professional systems allow us to provide Espresso catering with excellence while continuing to give back to the community and the faith that keep us grounded.
