Product Launch Open House with a Coffee Cart

We want to tell you a little bit about an amazing small business in New Berlin, Wisconsin. It's challenging to run a small business, whether you're the owner or the store manager. To be entrepreneurial, to move things forward, to hire the right people at the right times, along with all of the challenges of running the business itself day-to-day.

This amazing business that we are talking about today is simply a showroom for beautiful stone, mostly used for countertops and other beautiful flat surfaces. The showroom is simple: large slabs of stone sit in sequence so that you can walk through, see, and feel each one. This business is called Kreativ Stone.

Katie reached out to us a couple of years ago to see if a coffee cart would be a good fit for her open house event.

This open house event was to showcase the new stone that had come in to anyone and everyone who is in the market for this product. She was putting lots of work and effort into making this open house a success, and she needed something memorable, fun, and straightforward. But here's the thing: she didn't just hire AM Coffee Co. to serve espresso drinks to her guests. She catered in some mind-blowing barbecue the first year. The second year she catered in really good food, but she added a beautiful touch of a "make your own bouquet experience." Katie didn't just trust that all of the industry professionals would show up and expect to give them a little trinket gift for coming, she made her simple warehouse space into an inviting and warm environment.

We've been to Katie's open house two years in a row now, and we are looking forward to seeing how such an amazing event planner pulls off another great event next year to showcase her product!
